This program is designed for the person looking to maintain or increase day-to-day functionality, core stability & balance, and bone density. This is 100% necessary in order to live a full,
active lifestyle as we age.
Bootcamp is a type of exercise program originally based on military-style fitness training. This is a high intensity group class focusing on circuit training, cardio fitness and toning. Interested or want to learn more? Email thefixpersonaltraining@gmail.com for a pass to audit an upcoming class.
We also provide weekly KICKBOXING classes! This weekly 30 minute class will combined kickboxing moves to help strengthen your core, work on flexibility and balance and bring you that cardio one-two punch.
