• 2022 monthly class membership - join upfront for 6 months of classes and get your 7th month free;
• Buy a 5 pack of training sessions and get a sixth session free;

In 2023, The FIX will be offering the following monthly class plans:

• Monthly plan consisting of 2 classes per week: $69 
• Monthly plan of 3 classes a week: $99

All classes are remote from the comfort of your own home!  You don't need much~ just 30 mins of your time to feel better fast.  Classes are circuit training style with emphasis on building strength and cardio, balance and flexibility.   

And yes, Kickboxing class will continue in 2023 on Thursday evening.
